Welcome!
Many of us want to feel truly awake, truly alive. We also desire lives full of peace, kindness, joy, wisdom, connection, inspiration, and prosperity. And ultimately, we want lives that are meaningful and fulfilling.
A reason we love books and art so much is they are born directly from our life desires, questions, and search for meaning. They offer us "adventures in expansion" by feeding our imaginations, entertaining us, and showing us various perspectives. Stories, in particular, allow us to try on different choices, cultures, and lifestyles without personal risk. They reveal possible trajectories of paths chosen or not chosen.
And just as the writer or artist is a creator of their works, each of us is the creator of our life. We do this by envisioning what we want, making choices, taking actions, and rendering meaning to the life story we create. The more aware we are of this process, the clearer our intentions, and the more we actually do to support our desires in areas such as peace, joy, connection, vitality, and prosperity, the closer we are to living meaningful and fulfilling lives.
One way to build these aspects in your own life is to find and connect with things, events, places, and people that are aligned with what your mind, body, heart, and soul desires.
Read, listen to music, appreciate nature, take classes, do art, and hang out with people that inspire and empower you.
Make time for solitude, loved ones, and social activities. Find your own balance with these so that you can have more peace and happiness.
Cherish, love, and be kind to yourself.
This is your life, make it what you want.
Don't waste a moment.
Take action now.
Namaste,
Kathryn
